Denise Frey is committed to Bremerton and its residents. 

Deciding to relocate to Bremerton in 2014 after the birth of her first grandchild, Denise has been deeply involved in the community ever since. She served as Executive Director of YWCA Kitsap County and then as President and CEO of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce until her retirement in late 2021. Denise was then voted unanimously to the Bremerton City Council in early 2022 to represent District 2. Denise currently serves as Chair of the Council's Public Safety Committee and also chairs the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. District 2 includes East Bremerton, north of Manette and east of the SR303 Corridor (Wheaton Way).
